Common questions
What if we have fewer than 20 chargers?
We can accommodate smaller pilots — get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote. There's no minimum commitment during your 30-day free pilot.
Do you support our charger hardware?
ChargeWatch connects via OCPP 1.6 and 2.0, which covers the vast majority of commercial charger hardware in the UK. Manual tracking is also available during your pilot if your hardware isn't OCPP-compatible.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes — all plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Enterprise plans can include an SLA if you need one, but there's no obligation to commit long-term.
How long does setup take?
Most customers are live within 48 hours. If your chargers are OCPP-connected, setup is typically a single configuration step with no hardware changes required.
